3. Restrictions
By accepting these Terms, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
3.1. Consumer protection laws do not apply to the provision of this Service, as it is offered free of charge. 3.2. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Rightsholder makes no guarantees that:
The Service will meet the User’s expectations;
Access will be continuous, timely, reliable, or error-free;
Results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable;
Any defects in Content or functionality will be corrected;
Any data, products, or services obtained through the Service will meet the User’s expectations.
3.3. As the Service is constantly being updated and developed, its features, interface, and form may be modified at any time without prior notice. The Rightsholder may, at its sole discretion, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
3.4. The User shall not, either independently or through third parties:Copy or reproduce any part of the Service (software, databases, or content) in any form without prior written permission from the Rightsholder;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, emulate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
Develop derivative services or software based on or using elements of the Service without express authorization.
3.5. If the User discovers an error or inaccuracy in the Service or its Content, they may report it using the contact details provided on the Website.
3.6. In all circumstances, the Rightsholder’s liability shall be limited to USD 1,000 (One Thousand US Dollars) and only applies if direct fault is proven.
4. Notifications
4.1. The User agrees to receive email and/or SMS notifications (hereinafter "notifiers") from the Rightsholder to the contact details provided during use of the Service.
4.2. These notifications may contain:
Updates to the Service or this Agreement;
Information about new features;
Service-related news, announcements, or promotions.
5. Other Terms
5.1. This Agreement, its formation and enforcement, and any matters not covered herein shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
5.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located at the Rightsholder’s registered address, in accordance with the procedural law of England and Wales.
5.3. The Rightsholder reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice or compensation. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5.4. The current version of this Agreement is always available on the Website.
